The Root Tip Extractor™ is a product of Tarrie Fletcher’s 33 years of dental experience, both in the office and in the lab. Witnessing and engaging in literally hundreds of painful, traumatic, and stressful root tip extractions, Tarrie was convinced that there had to be a better way. Sure enough, her creative mind found the solution that is literally revolutionizing the extraction process for smart and gentle Dentists across the nation.
Although Tarrie has mastered three different careers in her lifetime, dentistry is her true love, and her passion is finding new and innovative ways to serve the needs of the dental community, and decrease pain and trauma for dental patients.
As a successful and competent businesswoman, Tarrie brings a vast amount of business experience, creativity, and passion to Tip It Technology™.

Tarrie’s experience and creativity is greatly enhanced by Jeff Orr’s mechanical mind, product development and engineering background. Jeff is able to design and create what Tarrie envisions, making for a synergistic team that get results.
Jeff also possesses extensive expertise in marketing and advertising because of his wide and varied business experience.
